A few important notes for athletes and coaches staying at Carleton University:
1) All athletes and coaches are reminded to bring their own towel(s). Carleton does have a limited number for rent.
2) Carleton University requires a rooming list from each coach to facilitate the check-in process. Lists can be faxed or emailed to Karen Dupuis at 613-520-3952 (karen_dupuis@email)
3) Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm.
Number of beds available = 1362
Cost per bed = $31.11 (includes taxes and breakfast)
DEPOSIT REQUIRED (credit card or signed contract) to guarantee the rooms
Rooms must be paid for upon arrival (cash/debit, credit card or certified cheque)
Parking is available in Lot 6 at $8 per day or $25 per week
Parking for buses is FREE in Lot 7
Rooms available from Wednesday, June 6th
There is reception available for registration 24/7.

Check out time 9:00am
