Important Registration Information below:

1. Electronic entries must be received at seblalonde@email, by midnight Saturday, June 2nd.

2. Hard copies of  the following must be received by noon, Monday June 4th by -

  - your Regional results, and for each school competing
   - the OFSAA Track and Field Eligibility form
   - the OFSAA Supervision form
   - the OFSAA Practice form
   - the OFSAA Rules of Behaviour form

3. Entry Fees - to be sent with hard copies of above
 
 - Individual events - $8.00; Relays - $25.00; cheque made out to  OFSAA TRACK AND FIELD 2007
 
 - OFSAA Participation Fee - $2.00/athlete; cheque made out to  OFSAA 

4. Entries will be accepted from the Regional Convenor only.

5. Registration packages will be given out to the teacher-coach listed on the Supervision form only. Registration opens at 11:00am on Thursday, June 7th.
